The following uses shall require a conditional use permit based on the procedures set forth herein.
(A) Governmental and public utility buildings and structures necessary for the health, safety and general welfare of the community;
(B) Public or semipublic recreational buildings, community centers and day-care centers;
(C) Nurseries, not including greenhouses, truck gardens, displays, sales of agricultural products;
(D) Nursing homes, rest homes and homes for the aged provided that adequate parking is provided and the site is accessible to commercial service areas; and
(E) Multiple-family dwellings, as defined: three or more family dwellings.
