The following accessory uses are permitted in the R-1 district.
(A) Private garages, parking spaces and carports for passenger cars, trucks, recreational vehicles and equipment;
(B) Home occupation, as defined;
(C) Tool houses and similar buildings for storage of domestic equipment and noncommercial recreational equipment;
(D) Swimming pools and tennis courts; and
(E) Boarding or renting of rooms to not more than two persons.
