The following uses shall require an interim use permit, as regulated in this chapter.
(A) Gravel extraction;
(B) Intensive farming, as defined by this chapter, and feedlots, provided the farming activity is located at least 1,000 feet from non-farm residential uses, developed property of any class or lands planned for other development;
(C) Packaging of agricultural products; and
(D) Kennels, animal hospitals, stables and the like, provided they are adequately separated uses.
