(A) In areas lacking trees as determined by the code enforcement officer, street trees shall be planted not less than 40 feet apart, with a minimum of one per lot. No trees shall be planted within 30 feet of the intersection of curb lines on corner lots. The minimum size shall measure 1½ inches in diameter at ground line.
(B) Only those varieties and locations approved by the city shall be used. The trees shall be planted within a right-of-way.
