§ 152.55 SIDEWALKS AND DRIVEWAYS.
   Driveways shall be constructed from the curb and gutter to the property line or property side of the sidewalk. In cases where driveways are constructed after curbing and sidewalks are in place, the sidewalk shall be reconstructed in accordance with driveway specifications for the width of the driveway.
