Steel monuments shall be placed within six inches of final elevation at all lot corners, block corners, angle points, points of curves in streets and at intermediate points as shown on the final plat. The installation shall be the subdivider’s expense and responsibility. All U.S., state, county or other official benchmarks, monuments or triangulation stations in or adjacent to the property shall be preserved in precise position.
