§ 152.31 PRESERVATION OF NATURAL FEATURES.
   The Planning Commission may establish any existing natural features in order to preserve any trees, groves, water courses and falls, beaches, historic sites, vistas and similar irreplaceable assets which add value to all developments and to the community as a whole.
