§ 151.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   POOLS. As used in this chapter a POOL is an enclosure, designed, intended or used for the containment of water, whether constructed below ground level or above ground level, which is designed, intended or used for swimming, wading, soaking or other recreational use by the owner or tenant of the property upon which the pool is constructed or by their family or invited guests including specifically, but not exclusively swimming pools, wading pools, lap pools, spas, whirpools, jacuzzis and excluding children’s plastic play pools.
