(A) A license to operate the outdoor sales lot must be obtained from the City Council. The license fee will be determined by the City Council and listed on the Waverly Fee Schedule. Each license granted will be reviewed annually. Application for outdoor sales lot licenses shall be made to the City Council.
(B) The following documents must be provided at the time of the license application:
(1) Copy of Minnesota Dealer’s License.
(2) An affidavit of the business owner declaring the maximum number of vehicles intended for display.
(3) Total lot area in square feet and proposed coverage area.
(4) A certificate of insurance for general liability.
(5) Parking layout plan.
(6) Lighting, drainage, and landscape plans.
