In accordance with M.S. § 340A.504(7), the City Council has authorized on sale intoxicating liquor establishments to sell liquor after 1:00 a.m. Liquor licensees must apply for a special 2:00 a.m license from the Commissioner of Public Safety and pay a fee based on a sliding fee scale. The license will be valid for a 12-month period from the date of approval by the Alcohol and Gambling Enforcement Division.
