§ 93.33 WAIVER.
   The abating of any nuisance by the city shall not be deemed or construed as a waiver or approval of any violation of the provisions of this subchapter, nor shall it prevent criminal prosecution of the violations. Criminal prosecution of violations shall not permit or bar the right of the city to abate a nuisance.
