For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
DANGEROUS EXCAVATIONS. Any excavation or basement on private property which is not filled to grade or otherwise protected after a building is destroyed, demolished or removed.
PERSON. A natural person, co-partnership, corporation, firm or association of persons.
