171.02 COMMUNITY SERVICE PROGRAM.

A Community Service Program be formed as an alternative sentence for Mayor’s Court Offenders and to authorize the Mayor and/or Auditor to allocate funds in order to pay the extra premiums so that participants in the program may be covered by the City of Waverly’s Workers’ Compensation coverage.
