159.06 DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE POLICY ADOPTED.

The City agrees to abide by the provisions of the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988 and hereby adopts the Drug-Free Workplace Policy attached to original Ordinance 3-90, marked as Exhibit A and incorporated by reference herein.
