All full-time employees who are members of the Ohio National Guard or a reserve component of the U.S. Armed Forces shall be entitled to leave of absence without loss of pay for active duty or training periods not to exceed thirty-one days in any calendar year. The City will make up the difference between the normal pay and military pay upon receipt of proper military documents.
