159.03 HOLIDAYS.
   (a)   The following days shall be recognized as legal holidays and full-time employees, except those required to work, shall be granted time off with pay: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

   (b)    For those employees normally scheduled off on Saturday and Sunday, if the holiday occurs on Saturday, the Friday before will be observed and if the holiday falls on Sunday, the following Monday will be observed as the holiday.
