The City Auditor and/or other necessary department shall have the authority to assess a fee of at least $30.00 for any and all checks, Automated Clearing House (ACH), debit cards, credit cards, and/or any electronic transaction type or form of payment negotiated to the City of Waverly that are returned for reasons of insufficient funds, no funds available, or any other reason for which the payment amount is not honored.
