133.02 ACTING AUDITOR DESIGNATED.

The Finance Chairperson and/or acting Finance Chairperson is hereby designated acting Auditor to perform the powers, duties and functions of Auditor when the Auditor is absent or inaccessible with authority to sign payroll checks and pay invoices approved by the Mayor and Council.
