The Fifth Ward contains all that territory bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the extension of Mullen Street and Emmitt Avenue and continuing west with Emmitt Avenue to the corporation line; proceeding north with the corporation line to the intersection of the northern corporation line of Waverly; east with the corporation line to the intersection of the extension of Mullen Street and then south on Mullen Street to the intersection of Mullen Street and Emmitt Avenue.
