105.04 FOURTH WARD.

   The Fourth Ward contains all that territory bounded and described as follows:

    Beginning at the intersection of Market Street and Emmitt Avenue and proceeding west on Emmitt Avenue to the corporation line; following the corporation line east to the intersection of the extension of Market Street; north on Market Street to the intersection of Market Street and Emmitt Avenue.
