105.01 FIRST WARD.

   The First Ward contains all that territory bounded and described as follows:

   Beginning at the eastern corporation line on State Route 335 and Second Street and proceeding west to Clough Street; North on Clough Street to Emmitt Avenue; west on Emmitt Avenue to the intersection of the extension of Mullen Street with Emmitt Avenue; north on Mullen Street to the corporation line.
