521.15 LOITERING ON AND LITTERING OF CROSSWALKS, STREET CROSSINGS, BRIDGES, SIDEWALKS, OR RAMPS.
   (a)   Loitering. No person shall stand, collect or gather upon any crosswalk, street crossing, bridge, sidewalk or ramp, harass people, drug deal or use drugs, prostitute, or obstruct a public way as it will interfere with the free and convenient use of the area.
   (b)   Littering. No person shall throw, deposit, or drop or cause to be thrown, deposited or dropped any object of any kind or nature of a substance liable to render property damage or personal injury damage from a span, bridge or any structure of any kind and nature constructed for the purpose of extending available passage to either pedestrians or automobile travel.
   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
   (d)   If any provision, paragraph, word or subsection of this section is invalidated by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions, paragraphs, words, sections or subsections shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect.
