On or before July 1 of each year, all landlords who rent or lease real property, whether residential, commercial, or otherwise, within the Municipality, irrespective of whether or not such landlords are domiciled in the Municipality, and irrespective of the rental or leasing arrangements, written or otherwise, must submit an up-to-date, complete list of all their tenants or lessees and their respective addresses to the Tax Administrator.
