531.07 OWNERS WITH REPEAT OFFENSES AND MULTIPLE VIOLATIONS.
   If the offender previously has been convicted of a violation of any provision of this chapter, a violation of any such provision is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. If the offender previously has been convicted of two violations of any provision of this chapter, a violation of any such provision is a misdemeanor of the third degree. If the offender has previously been convicted of three violations of any provision of this chapter, a violation is a misdemeanor of the second degree. If the offender has been convicted of four or more violations of any provision of this chapter, then each and every subsequent violation is a misdemeanor of the first degree. The Owner shall be punished for each violation pursuant to misdemeanor Section 501.99.
