531.04 CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

If the Owner does not resolve or begin a plan of action to cure the Citation of Nuisance to the satisfaction of the Safety Director, then the Owner shall be subject to the civil penalties and criminal prosecution for Citation of Nuisance as set forth below in this chapter.
