531.01 PROSECUTION OF VIOLATION.

Any person failing to comply with a notice of violation, as set forth below, or any other provision of this chapter, shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor offense, unless a repeat offender as set forth below, and the violation shall be deemed a strict liability offense.
