727.99 PENALTY.

A violation of any provision of this chapter is a misdemeanor of the third degree. If the offender has previously violated and is currently violating any provision of this chapter, then the current violation is a misdemeanor of the second degree. If the offender has two or more times previously violated and is currently violating any provision of this chapter, then the current violation is a misdemeanor of the first degree.
