521.14 PROTECTION OF WELL FIELDS.
   (a)   No one shall place or allow to be placed any herbicides, pesticides, or weed killers within 500 feet of any well within the City well field.
   (b)   There shall be no littering or dumping within the City well field.
   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
