1135.07 MAXIMUM FLOOR AREA RATIO.
   The floor area ratio in RCD-1 and RCD-2 Districts shall not exceed the following:
   One-family detached dwelling, 0:4
   Two-family dwellings, 0:7
   Multiple family dwellings, 1:0
   Permitted nonresidential uses, 1:0
   
   Special exceptions shall be specified with the special exception permit.
