1349.02 ENFORCEMENT.
   (a)   The Village of Waverly Residential Building Department is hereby established.
   (b)   The Waverly Residential Building Department shall have full authority to enforce all laws, statutes and regulations as provided and authorized in the Ohio Revised Code and the Ohio Administrative Code pursuant to the Certification by the Ohio Board of Building Standards. (Ord. 85-2014. Passed 12-2-14.)
