1323.05 VARIANCE.

All variations from the provisions of this chapter shall be taken to the Municipal Planning Commission in the same manner as zoning variances. The fee for such a variance shall be ten dollars ($10.00) over and above the required permit fee of twenty dollars ($20.00).
