No person, firm, corporation or association of persons, corporations or otherwise shall place a trailer and/or trailer park, or allow or permit the same to be placed upon any lot, parcel or tract of land within the Municipality, within 300 feet of the property line of any lot, tract or parcel of land upon which there is situated an established dwelling house.
