The license shall state the name and address of the person, firm or corporation responsible for the maintenance and operation of the house trailer park, the name and location of the house trailer park, the maximum number of house trailers for which the house trailer park is licensed, and the expiration date of the license. Such license shall be displayed in a conspicuous place in the house trailer park at all times. No license shall be transferred without the consent of the Board of Health.
