(a) All house trailer parks and the location of house trailers therein shall comply with regulations HE-27-01 to HE-27-30, inclusive, Ohio Sanitary Code, except camping house trailers located in a camp having a permit under regulations HE-25-01 to HE-25-03, inclusive, Ohio Sanitary Code.
(b) No person, firm or corporation shall maintain or operate a house trailer park in the City without a license issued by the Board of Health. The license shall be issued for a period of not more than one year and may be suspended or revoked at any time for failure to comply with regulations HE-27-01 to HE-27-30, inclusive, Ohio Sanitary Code, or Ohio R.C. 3733.01 to 3733.07, inclusive.
