The maximum floor area ratio in R-4 Districts shall be as follows:
One-family detached dwellings, 0:4.
Two-family and multiple family dwellings, 0:7.
Permitted nonresidential uses, 1:0.
Special exceptions shall be as specified with the special exception permit.
