The purpose of this section is to establish planning and zoning fees as follows:

Commercial or Industrial Subdivision, Preliminary or Final Plat Approval involving the opening or extension of any Village Street or involving the subdivision of 6 lots of record or more | Improvements of sixty thousand dollars ($60,000.00) or less - six hundred dollars ($600.00) Improvements of over sixty thousand dollars ($60,000.00) - five dollars ($5.00) for every one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) of improvement, not to exceed twelve thousand dollars ($12,000.00). Costs of improvements will be based on an Engineer’s or Architect’s Certified Cost Estimate. |
