"Nonconforming use" means any building, structure or land lawfully occupied by a use or lawfully established at the time of the adoption of Ordinance 10-16-67, passed November 20, 1967, or amendments thereto, which does not conform after the passage of Ordinance 10- 16-67, passed November 20, 1967, or amendments thereto, with the use regulations of this Zoning Ordinance.
