(a) City Parks are open from dawn until dusk.
(b) No littering or dumping allowed.
(c) Picnic areas must be clean and orderly after use.
(d) Motor vehicles must remain on designated roads or in the parking lot, no parking or driving on the grass.
(e) Beer, alcohol and drugs of abuse are strictly prohibited.

(f) Firearms, fireworks or explosives of any kind are strictly prohibited, pursuant to law. Nothing in this section shall preclude the holders of concealed handgun permits possessing a valid license to carry a handgun in Village of Waverly’s public parks.

(g) Sales, solicitations or placement of signs within the parks require permission from the Mayor and/or City Council.
(h) Shelters and playground equipment are available on a first come-first serve basis.
(i) Clean up for pets is the owner’s responsibility.
(j) Ball leagues shall sign a waiver and provide proof of insurance prior to using the city parks. (See attached Ball Fields Rule & Regulations w/ Waiver & Release of Liability)
(k) Ball leagues shall be responsible for maintenance costs of portable toilets, lime and/or paint for fields, and weekend maintenance labor costs.
