It shall be the duty of the Mayor to provide for the collection of residential garbage and refuse at least once every week, more often if so stipulated by Council.
The contractor will keep subscribers informed as to when refuse will be picked up should it be necessary to make changes in schedules. It is recognized that unpredictable emergencies may make prenotification sometimes impossible.
