945.06 TURN ON AND TURN OFF FEE.

There is hereby authorized a charge of five dollars ($5.00) for turning off the water curb cock and five dollars ($5.00) for turning on the curb cock when the customer has requested a temporary shut off. Turn off for emergency repairs shall be excluded.
