937.20 SEWER MAIN AND LATERAL REQUIREMENTS.

   Additional City requirements in sewer mains and laterals regarding schedule wall thickness of ABS and PVC plastic pipe are as follows:

   (a)    When plastic sewer pipe is used, type ABS or type PVC, only schedule 40 or greater will be used in all laterals with diameter of pipe meeting other requirements of the City.

   (b)    When plastic sewer pipe is used in main trunk sewer, only schedule 80 or greater will be used with diameter of pipe meeting other requirements of the City.

   (c)    Other materials shall be used when the Superintendent sees the need for added strength or safety as adopted, Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 4101:2-51.
