937.18 VALIDITY.
   (a)    All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
   (b)    The invalidity of any section, clause, sentence, or provision of this chapter shall not invalidate those provisions of this chapter which can be given effect without such invalid part or parts.
