Any person who is the owner of any premises or lot of land on which any tree, regardless of type or family, is located, within a distance of fifty feet of any storm or sanitary sewer shall cause the tree to be removed within sixty days after written notice to remove such tree is received.
Notice to remove the tree shall be given by the Director of Public Service upon determination that the roots of such tree have infiltrated the City's sewer system.
