The Director of Public Service shall, upon application duly made on forms provided by the City, set forth the specifications, terms and conditions of requests for curb cuts, and may grant such curb cuts upon such terms and conditions as are in the best interests of the City.
Permission for curb cuts shall be in the form of a written permit issued and signed by the Director of Public Service setting forth the specifications. Fees shall be as follows:
Commercial curb cuts $4.00
Residential curb cuts 2.00.
