Licenses for carrying on the business of a pawnbroker shall be issued annually and shall expire annually on December 31. The license fee shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each year. The license shall contain the name under which the business is to be conducted, the name of every person interested in the business and the location where the business is to be carried on. Licenses issued under this chapter shall not be transferable to any other person, and the business may be conducted only at the location for which the license is issued.
