The fee for an exhibition license shall be as follows: for each circus, carnival, side show, musical or minstrel entertainment: fifty dollars ($50.00) for the first day, twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each day thereafter; however, the fee shall not amount to more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) in any one week.
