Each proprietor of a billiard or pool table, or of a bowling alley, or a combination of both, shall pay an annual license fee to the Mayor of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for one such table; twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for one such alley; and one dollar ($1.00) for each additional table or alley.
