509.08 SAFETY AT FIRES.
   (a)   The Chief of the Fire Department, or any of his Assistants having charge of any fire, shall have the authority, whenever in their opinion it shall become necessary to do so for the purpose of protecting lives and/or facilitate the extinguishing of such fire, to order the building and/or area evacuated and to establish fire lines about same.
   (b)   Whenever upon the occasion of any fire such building and/or area has been evacuated and fire lines established, no person shall enter the limits fixed by such lines without permission of the officer in charge of the Fire Department.
   (c)   Nothing contained in this section shall exclude from the limits so established any member of the Police or Fire Departments, or any person who has obtained a permit from the Fire Chief or one of the Assistant Chiefs to so enter.
   (d)   No person shall hinder, resist or obstruct the Fire Chief, or any fireman, in the discharge of any of the duties imposed upon them in the fulfillment of their orders.
   (e)   No person shall refuse or fail to comply with any lawful order, signal or direction of firemen or any member of the Fire Department detailed in connection with the movement of traffic.
