197.06 ESTABLISHMENT OF RURAL ENTERPRISE ZONE.

The City has created a Rural Enterprise Zone under Ord. 1990-24, which has been approved by the Ohio Department of Development, for that portion of the City described in Exhibit A of said Ord. 1990-24. Said Exhibit A is hereby incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein.
