The Committee shall be composed of one member of the community who is an officer in a lending institution located within the City of Wauseon; one member of Council; one member from the Fulton County Department of Human Services; one member from a community civic organization; and three citizens at large. Such appointments shall be made by the Mayor with the approval by a majority vote of Council. The Committee shall report to Council as to its progress sixty days after its formation and every sixty days thereafter until it has accomplished its purpose.
